課程概述

Strategic Management course is designed to study the processes of strategy analysis, strategy formation, and strategy implementation. This class will introduce some frameworks and tools for industry competition analysis and firm situation analysis. Class participants will apply what they learn to conduct firm strategic planning at business level or corporate level.
(This class will be taught in Mandarin, 中文授課) 

課程目標
 1. Guide participants to analyze competitive industry environment for business organizations;
2. Familiarize participants with strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation through case studies;
3. Conduct a research project on a business strategic planning and practice written and oral communication skills.
